Homemade Protein Peanut Butter Cups
These are AMAZING and very simple to make. All you need are 4 key ingredients:
1 x Scoop of Platinum & Diamond Nutrition‘s Whey ISO or Slim Lite Smoothie (Vanilla-Cinnamon flavour)
200gr of Dark Chocolate (75% or higher)
3/4 cup of smooth Peanut Butter
4 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Mix the scoop of Whey ISO or Slim Lite Smoothie Protein with the smooth peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of the melted coconut oil and set aside.
Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath and add the remaining coconut oil gradually until they are melted and mixed thoroughly.
Line a bun tin with some bun cases, and poor a little of the chocolate mixture in each bun case. Then follow with a dollop of protein – nut butter mixture. The cover with a little more Chocolate mixture.
Pop into the fridge, preferably overnight (if you can wait that long) and enjoy!!!
