Want a deliciously fancy dessert, low in carbs and fat, but super high in protein and taste?
Try out this recipe….
3-4 tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
1 Scoop of Lemon-Cheesecake Slim Lite Smoothie or Whey ISO
a small hand full of roasted Almonds or Hazelnuts or both
1/2 teaspoon of Lemon juice and a little of the lemon rind
Mix the scoop of Lemon-Cheesecake Slim Lite Smoothie or Whey ISO with the Greek Yoghurt until smooth. Add the 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon juice and blend together. Chop the roasted Almonds or Hazelnuts and put at the bottom of a fancy glass. Scoop the Lemon-Cheesecake mixture on top of the nuts. Sprinkle with a little lemon rind.
It is the healthiest, tastiest dessert you can make…. and it looks really fancy, too.
