Chocolate Orange Beltsander Brownie

Fancy a healthy, high protein treat? What not try out our Chocolate-Orange Beltsander Brownie.

  • 3/4 scoop of Chocolate-Orange Slim Lite Smoothie OR Whey ISO
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 piece of Dark Chocolate broken up
  • 1/4 cup of milk or almond milk

Directions:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl mix together all of your dry ingredients
  2. Add in your milk and mix until a pudding/batter consistency
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds. Do NOT overcook.

This beauty is so warm and fudgy you’ll think it cannot be good for you!!!

Lemon-Cheesecake-Crumble

Want a deliciously fancy dessert, low in carbs and fat, but super high in protein and taste?

Try out this recipe….

3-4 tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
1 Scoop of Lemon-Cheesecake Slim Lite Smoothie or Whey ISO
a small hand full of roasted Almonds or Hazelnuts or both
1/2 teaspoon of Lemon juice and a little of the lemon rind

Method:
Mix the scoop of Lemon-Cheesecake Slim Lite Smoothie or Whey ISO with the Greek Yoghurt until smooth. Add the 1/2 teaspoon of Lemon juice and blend together. Chop the roasted Almonds or Hazelnuts and put at the bottom of a fancy glass. Scoop the Lemon-Cheesecake mixture on top of the nuts. Sprinkle with a little lemon rind.

It is the healthiest, tastiest dessert you can make…. and it looks really fancy, too.

Homemade Protein Peanut Butter Cups

These are AMAZING and very simple to make. All you need are 4 key ingredients:

1 x Scoop of Platinum & Diamond Nutrition‘s Whey ISO or Slim Lite Smoothie (Vanilla-Cinnamon flavour)
200gr of Dark Chocolate (75% or higher)
3/4 cup of smooth Peanut Butter
4 tablespoons of Coconut Oil

Method:
Mix the scoop of Whey ISO or Slim Lite Smoothie Protein with the smooth peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of the melted coconut oil and set aside.

Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath and add the remaining coconut oil gradually until they are melted and mixed thoroughly.

Line a bun tin with some bun cases, and poor a little of the chocolate mixture in each bun case. Then follow with a dollop of protein – nut butter mixture. The cover with a little more Chocolate mixture.

Pop into the fridge, preferably overnight (if you can wait that long) and enjoy!!!
